Our vision is one of
lasting change

Where together, we make trade fairer and contribute
to create a world of ethical consumption.

What is the Fairtrade India
Workplace Programme?

The Fairtrade India Workplace Program encourages offices and workplaces to recognize the impact of purchasing decisions on sustainability. This program raises awareness of the environmental and community impact behind food, textile and other sourcing decisions made in the workplace. It recognizes workplaces that show a strong commitment to fair trade and empowers the team to contribute to a world where sustainability and trade justice are central to ethical consumption. On weekdays, we work with people whose groups are designed to create more value than the sum of their parts. The workplace brings together more people to work towards a common goal. In an interconnected world, these goals can be both global and local.

The Fairtrade Workplace Program is one of the largest movements for ethical business practices in the world. All employees will be part of Fairtrade Supporter's national and global network. The Fairtrade Workplace designation encourages employees to be aware of ethical choices and how they can benefit the people behind the products we consume.
